This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on B2Bkarts.com, a B2B wholesale platform intended strictly for commercial buyers.

1. No Return / No Refund (General Rule)

1. Due to the wholesale and bulk nature of transactions, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
2. Buyers are advised to review product details, size sets, quantities, and prices carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligible Exceptions

Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Manufacturing defect
3. Transit damage (visible and reported timely)

Conditions:

1. Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
2. Unboxing video and clear images are mandatory
3. Products must be unused and in original packaging

3. Refund Process

1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days ( Bank Account or Add credit in Your B2bkarts.com My account wallet )
2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or wallet/credit note, at our discretion.
3. Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.
